Development of Methodology for Predicting Space Weather Based on Machine Learning Model

The paper describes the process of creating a machine learning model for predicting space weather in the upper atmosphere of the Earth. The issue of space weather forecasting using traditional methods is addressed, and the advantages of machine learning in this area are highlighted. Methods and strategies for building a machine learning model and the challenges associated with collecting and processing data and selecting algorithms are also discussed. The entire process of working on the model, starting from setting the problem, obtaining and preparing data, selecting functions and algorithms, training and evaluating the model, to deploying a ready-made solution, is described in detail in the article. The paper provides an overview of the space weather forecasting project using machine learning, highlighting challenges and open questions.
