Production plan for captive Hu sheep based on planning model

This article is used to solve problem D of the National College Student Mathematical Modeling Competition in the 2023 Higher Education Society Cup: Space utilization rate of captive lake sheep. We have constructed two models, one is an integer linear programming model, which is used to solve problems 1 and 2. Based on deterministic known conditions, we can solve for the reasonable number of breeding rams and basic ewes, the range and maximum value of the annual number of sheep to be slaughtered, the gap in the standard number of sheep to be slaughtered, and the specific production plan of Hu sheep; Another is the probability programming model, which is used to solve problem 3. It transforms all uncertain conditions into mathematical expectation problems through probability expectation, making uncertain problems deterministic, and then formulating specific production plans that can minimize expected losses.
