A Glance at the 2024 “Power Magnetics @ High Frequency” Workshop [PSMA Corner]

The field of power magnetics plays a crucial role in enabling advancements in electronic power converters. The ninth “Power Magnetics @ High Frequency” workshop returned to its inaugural site in Long Beach, CA, USA, on 24 February 2024, and brought together experts and enthusiasts to discuss the latest developments in magnetic materials, coil design, fabrication techniques, evaluation methods, and modeling tools (

). This review highlights the key insights and contributions from the workshop, focusing on the theme of designing optimal magnetics across applications and environments.
