Impact of Knowledge Management and Big Data Analytics Capabilities on Firm Performance

In today's era of digital transformation, one of the most important “factors in determining a company's success” is the degree to which its “big data analytics” skills and “knowledge management”practices are intertwined. This study delves into how these two variables interact with one another and how it affects businesses as a whole. “big data analytics”, technical skills, tools, infrastructure, information sharing, knowledge utilization, learning culture, and innovation efforts are all investigated via a survey of 200 firms from a variety of sectors as well as an examination of the available literature.The findings show that businesses that are able to effectively manage their knowledge and use “big data analytics” to their advantage fare better than their less knowledgeable competitors. Data-driven decisionmaking, increased customer happiness, enhanced operational efficiency, and enhanced financial performance are all enabled by a strategic focus on “big data analytics” and the promotion of a learning culture. Insights from this research may help firms strategically use “big data analytics” and “knowledge management” to gain a competitive edge that will last.
