Sensitivity and Influence of Probabilistic Boolean Networks

This brief investigates the sensitivity and influence of probabilistic Boolean networks (PBNs). By resorting to the weighted Jacobian matrix and semi-tensor product technique, the calculation method of average sensitivity and influence of PBNs is presented firstly. Then, the properties of sensitivity and influence for two types of PBNs(finite-time stable and stable in distribution) are well characterized. Furthermore, the nodes with the lowest sensitivity and highest influence are obtained by solving two optimization problems.
