Factors to Take into Account when Selecting and Implementing Business Simulators

aThis study pointed out the key factors to take into account when selecting and implementing business simulators. Through a literary review, the factors to be taken into account in this decision were identified, a causal analysis was carried out among experts through fuzzy cognitive maps and the results were processed with the FCMappers software, obtaining as key factors “Attitude”, “Perceived Usefulness” and “Intention”, and discarding security and privacy in the use of the simulator as a key factor in this decision.
