Indicators to Measure Competence “2.3. Engaging with Citizens Through Digital Technologies” of the DigComp Model in the Context of Active Aging

In active aging, it is necessary for older adults to have digital skills, and if they do not have them, they must be able to acquire them. To do this, it is necessary to measure and create appropriate training plans, but in many cases there are no measurement indicators. This happens when talking about the competence “2.3. Engaging with citizens through digital technologies” of the DigComp model in older adults. For this reason, this study proposes situations and units of measurement that allow evaluating this competence in older adults, all of them prepared by the expert judgment methodology.
