Heat Generation of Sea Salt Drying using Microwave Frequencies

This paper investigates the variation of power penetration depth and heat generation in sea salt at frequencies ranging from 0.5GHz to 18GHz. The dielectric properties of sea salt at different frequencies are used to calculate the results. Additionally, the paper presents the mathematical equations corresponding to the calculated results. Finally, it recommends the optimal microwave frequencies for the sea salt drying process.
