Experimental Study of Liquid Level Detection Using Acoustic Wave Transmission in Confined Spaces

Data-driven technologies have revolutionized indus-trial monitoring systems, such as liquid-level detection. However, restricted access operations and potentially explosive environments pose significant challenges in developing reliable monitoring solutions. Advanced data-driven methods are utilized instead of traditional techniques to address these issues through nondestructive testing. An experimental study was conducted using ultrasound propagation within a confined area. The goal is to comprehend the intricate wave behavior when waves encounter the free surface (water-air interface) between two ultrasonic transducers positioned and operating in through-transmission mode.
