Research on Bode Data Processing Method Based on Python

Bode plot is often used to analyze the vibration of rotating machinery, which can graphically display the relationship between amplitude, phase and rotational speed during the start-up and shutdown of the equipment. The key to drawing a Bode plot is to obtain vibration amplitude and phase data corresponding to the rotational speed. Based on the Python language, this article utilizes digital signal processing functions provided by the SciPy package to process the key phase signal and vibration signal of the equipment, obtaining accurate absolute phase and amplitude. The signal processing procedure and key Python code are given in the article. The data processing method is verified by processing the vibration signal during the start-up of a steam turbine in a certain power plant.
