Embracing the Metaverse: Revolutionizing Education for the Future

Despite the multitude of training methods available in the current landscape, the Metaverse is poised for a breakthrough and is set to assume a pivotal role in the ongoing technological evolution. This study is conducted with the primary objective of exploring how the Metaverse can drive a revolution in the field of education. The framework and key features of the Metaverse offer insights that illuminate how it surmounts obstacles and establishes itself in the emerging world. The study has been carried out in the automobile sector to measure the key features and preference of Metaverse with the sample of 100 employees. The primary data is collected using the Microsoft Forms and the data were analyzed using simple percentage, Two-Sample T-Test and Satisfaction Rating of Metaverse training with classroom and webinar training. Insights into the Metaverse's potential to transform automotive instruction are provided by the results of this research. Our knowledge of the Metaverse's potential to revolutionize training methods by illuminating its distinctive features and benefits. Adopting the Metaverse might open up new opportunities for improved learning experiences and skill development as businesses deal with the complexity of a fastevolving technology world.
