Design of a Mobile Application for Nearby and On-Demand Pet-Sitting Services

Pet owners with hectic schedules are always looking for reliable pet-sitting services to offer their furry family members the best care possible to meet their pet’s basic needs. In the Philippines where pet ownership is common, but people are always busy working and may have long trip vacations, a readily mobile application is necessary to develop to provide pet sitting services nearby and on demand. In this design project, we will discuss the design process of a mobile application for pet-sitting services and how it can benefit pet owners, pet sitters, and even investors/developers in the country. From the user interface considerations, and business conceptualization to payment processing systems, this is a design with an innovative approach to providing a marketable application for pet care services such as pet sitting.
