In a face recognition-based attendance system, children are recognized using face biostatistics based on high-definition surveillance and other computer technologies. In this project, we will learn how to perform high-accuracy facial recognition. We’ll start by reviewing the theory and learning how to apply it. Then we’ll develop an Attendance project that uses a webcam to recognize faces and record attendance in an excel sheet automatically. The proposed concept intends to automate attendance in a variety of businesses. Face recognition can be accomplished using a variety of methods. Face identification, face encoding, CNN and face comparison are just a few of the strategies the programme employs to do its responsibilities. Together, these algorithms can successfully recognize students. And will perform the task on a large database and record the attendance in Excel Sheet with the student’s name, time, and date along with their attendance. The facial recognition attendance system has proven to be effective in various settings and variations. However, there is room for improvement in the future as it sometimes struggles to recognize students from a distance. Additionally, there may be processing limitations, and the use of a high-processing system could potentially improve the accuracy and performance of the system..
