Real-Time Data Analysis of Mechanical Sensor Networks Under the Background of Industrial Internet

With the development of the industrial Internet, the real-time monitoring and prediction of mechanical equipment has become more and more important. In this paper, a real-time data analysis method based on mechanical sensor network is proposed to realize real-time monitoring and prediction of mechanical equipment working state. First, a network of mechanical sensors is deployed, including various sensors such as temperature, pressure, vibration, etc., to collect data on the operation of mechanical equipment in real time. Then, by extracting the key feature information of the working state, the working state of the mechanical equipment can be obtained and analyzed. The accuracy of this method is the highest 0.92, and the performance is the best in data analysis.
