Various Driver Test Summary on V93000 in Automotive Device

Due to the technique iteration of automotive chip, the devices are becoming much more complex. Thus, various types of drivers are involved in different system, such as HS/LS driver, high-side/low-side switch, ignition driver, valve driver and so on. These drivers will be applied to pyro fuse systems, engine management system, alternator electronics… In this paper, it will introduce three kinds of driver in automotive device firstly, which have their own different characteristics. Secondly, based on upper real test cases, what is the key and common items in different kinds of driver and strictly automotive quality process based on V93000 platform will be described.
