Research on Industrial Assembly Screw Automatic Tightening Algorithm Based on Multi-Objective Mathematical Modeling

In order to further improve screw tightening quality in industrial assembly process, based on torque control method as screw tightening algorithm, an improved elite retention strategy fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA2) is proposed to optimize tightening parameters. Among them, the torque control method is used as the basic screw tightening algorithm, and the improved NSGA2 algorithm is used to optimize the tightening parameters of the screw tightening process controlled by the torque control method, so as to improve the tightening quality. The simulation results show that the screw tightening algorithm optimized based on the improved NSGA2 algorithm has high tightening accuracy, and the error mean and mean square error are only 0.187 and 0.002. In addition, it can maintain high tightening efficiency and effectively improve the assembly quality when applied to the actual assembly scene, which indicates that the optimized screw tightening algorithm has high feasibility.
