Survey on ML Investment in UAV Based Cellular Network

Positioning techniques of the mobile phone are one of the most important current and future trends because of their importance to human lives and their influential role in managing their affairs. For several reasons, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAVs) has recently been relied upon and used in cellular networks. First, providing network coverage in disaster-affected areas.
