Proof of Concept of Self-hosted IoT solution

This paper introduces a real-world application based on our in-house self-hosted IoT template solution. In this application we utilized all core modules such as communication core module, logic core module, database core module, and user interface core module. The application aims to automate Greenhouse. The gardener’s greenhouse performance can be improved with simple automation. Because of the out-of-the-box experience with using our IoT template, application creation was fast and straightforward. We used ESP8226-based board NodeMCU as an IoT node connected to the internet via WiFi.
