Creating an Application with Mixed Reality Technology in the Field of Aircraft Engineering

This article discusses the creation of an application with mixed reality technology, in order to improve the learning process among 1st year students in the field of aircraft engineering. The application allows students to study the design of the drone, its main components, and consider how they work. This project is a Windows-based application for the Microsoft HoloLens 2 mixed reality helmet. The following tools and technologies were used to create the application: Unity 3D to create the program interface and test it, and MixedRealtyFeatureTool to add the necessary packages and plug-ins to work with mixed reality to the Unity project, as well as Visual Studio to write code and download the application to a mixed reality helmet.
