Research on a Differentiated Development Path Method for Provincial New Type Power Systems

This paper proposes a development path for the construction of provincial-level New Type Power Systems, focusing on six key development focus points: source, network, load, storage, mechanism, and technology. Three types of differentiated development paths for provincial-level New Type Power Systems are proposed, including consolidating foundation, point breakthrough, and benchmark leading. Then, the weights and scores of provincial economic foundation, scale, target positioning, and resource endowment are calculated or authoritatively scored, Propose a differentiated path selection method for provincial New Type Power Systems, and conduct empirical research with three typical representative provinces (cities, districts).
