A System Level Integration of Wearable and Flexible Magnetoelectric Nanogenerator for Efficient Energy Harvesting

This work presents a flexible and wearable magnetoelectric nanogenerator (MENG) for biomedical monitoring. The wearable MENG band contains crystalline core-shell nanoparticles fabricated via Pechini method and generates 650mV at 48.6 kHz AC magnetic field. The wearable band (5cm×2.5cm) generates 900mV, 1.75mW/cm³ of voltage and power density respectively in multi-mode. Integrated with a Dickson charge pump, it produces a DC voltage of 1.6 V for external loads, demonstrating its potential in sensing and energy harvesting applications.
