Predictive Model of Electronic Medical Record for Diabetic Nephropathy

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is a digital platform where the entire patient's data during treatment is recorded. From appointment to discharge, each tiny step is stored by a computer-based system within healthcare organizations to easily get patients' data. Diabetic Nephropathy (DN) is a serious complication of kidney function that occurs due to diabetes. We are going to propose a model to predict DN earlier by using machine learning algorithms and also create an effective dataset that will work efficiently with machine learning techniques.
