Intelligent Decision Algorithm for Downlink Anti-Jamming of Measurement and Control System Based on DDPG

Aiming at the problem that the downlink of the aerospace measurement and control system has weak anti-dynamic interference performance in the dynamic interference environment, this paper proposes an anti-interference intelligent decision-making algorithm based on Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG), and applies it to the system, which increases the anti-dynamic interference performance of the system. In this paper, the downlink structure of the measurement and control system is given, and an intelligent decision-making algorithm based on DDPG and the performance evaluation function are designed. The simulation results show that compared with the decision-making algorithm based on rule inference and neural network, the bit error rate (BER) of the proposed algorithm can be reduced by an order of magnitude in the face of dynamic interference, which can significantly increase the transmission performance of the measurement and control system.
