Research on Optimization Strategy of Three-Dimensional Model Printing Process for Electrical Equipments

This article analyzes the current status and main problems of using three-dimensional (3D) printing technology to complete electrical equipment model printing in the power industry. We analyze the main reasons for the low success rate of 3D model printing and propose solutions for process optimization, in order to better meet the higher requirements of shortening the work cycle, saving costs, and improving processes in the equipment development process, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of electrical equipment planning and design. With the aim of using 3D printing technology to better serve the development and visualization of equipment, promote the visualization of power grid planning, and empower the intelligence of the power industry.
