Research on Service Quality Evaluation of Rural E-commerce Logistics Based on SPSS

Taking rural e-commerce consumers as the center and combining the actual situation of rural ecommerce logistics, the questionnaire survey method is adopted to collect the evaluation data of rural residents on the logistics services of e-commerce enterprises in rural areas, and the initial evaluation index system of rural ecommerce logistics service quality is established. Then SPSS is used to analyze the questionnaire data and verify the reliability and effectiveness of the indicators. Therefore, an index system of five dimensions and 15 indicators is established, which provides certain reference value for other e-commerce logistics service quality evaluation.
