Research on Information System Budget Generation Methods

The construction of information system projects has many characteristics, including numerous and complex functional requirements, frequent changes in requirements, longer construction periods, and a greater amount of post-maintenance work. Compared with project construction in other industries, the field of information system construction lacks a quota library similar to civil engineering or communication engineering projects, which makes existing budgeting methods and platforms for other industries unsuitable for information system project construction. To address these issues, in this article, we will combine various information and intelligent technologies and propose a method and platform construction plan suitable for information system budget generation, aiming to achieve scientific, accurate, compliant, and efficient budget work.
