Design of Industrial Hot Air Furnace Monitoring System Based on ZigBee

In order to strengthen the safety protection of hot air furnace and achieve the real-time monitoring of the temperature of the hot air furnace, an industrial hot air furnace monitoring system based on ZigBee is designed. The system adopts STM32 chip as the control unit, and utilizes multiple sensor nodes to collect the temperature data of the hot air furnace, and the collection results are sent to the convergence node through ZigBee network after simple processing, and uploaded to the cloud platform by wireless Wi-Fi transmission technology. The experimental test indicates that the system is stable and reliable, can monitor the temperature data of the hot air furnace in real time, improve the productivity of the whole process, and has certain engineering application value.
