Integrated level detector

A recently developed integrated threshold level detector is described. The design utilizes linear design techniques and a novel circuit configuration to obtain some interesting performance parameters. The circuit is realised in monolithic integrated form, and typically features 20-nA current at trip, and 50-mA output sink current.
