Transconductance Enhanced Body-driven Rail-to-Rail Non-tailed Class AB OTA

The low-power body-driven rail-to-rail non- tailed Class AB operational transconductance amplifier (BDRNC OTA) is the focal point of the investigation. To achieve the required presentation, the suggested BDRNC OTA employs a transconductance enhancement method based on partial positive feedback together with a non-tailed Class AB circuit architecture. The suggested OTA functions at 0.3 V and is modelled at 0.3 V in 0.18 µm technology. Benefits of the BDRNC OTA include gain of 47.14 dB, gain-bandwidth of 10.96 kHz, power dissipation of 406 nW, total harmonic distortion of -40.69, a power supply rejections ratio of 67.63 dB, and a common-mode rejection ratio of 101.69 dB. BDRNC OTA is a good option for implanted neuroscience and neuro-prosthetic application because of its low-power operation.
