Research on Identification and Early Warning Method of Power Customer Complaint Risk Based on SACNN Model

Customer service feedback plays an important role in the sustainable development of electric power enterprises. In order to reduce the risk of customer complaints and increase the service quality of power enterprises, the SACNN model is applied to identify and warn the risk of customer complaints. On the premise of analyzing the risk categories and causes of complaints from electricity customers, the research innovatively proposes a method of identifying complaints and early warning methods for electricity customers, and gives corresponding strategies for the reasons of complaints. The optimal number of hidden layer nodes, the number of batches, and the number of iterations of the SACNN model are about 200, 25, and 700, respectively. The number of months of misjudgment of the risk of customer complaints of electricity customers by the method of risk identification and early warning given by the research is 5 and 3, respectively, which has a very high risk identification rate of customer complaints. Can improve customer satisfaction with electricity.
