Design and Rapid Emergency Strategy of Satellite-Ground Integrated Communication Network Based on the Characteristics of Power Grid

In response to the requirements of stable operation of power grid management and rapid response to power emergency communication events, this article proposes a design concept for satellite-ground integrated communication network configuration, optimizes ground network design, and utilizes the relay capability of communication satellites to improve the overall operational capability and emergency response level of the system. Firstly, consider the ground communication layout of power grid construction, fully considering factors such as load balancing, construction location, coverage range, construction cost and probability of disaster occurrence of ground communication stations. Through weighting optimization combined with K-Means regional segmentation method, provide the optimal regional management method under normal conditions. Secondly, based on the characteristics of satellite wide area coverage, a fast self-organizing network relay method is proposed. When a node encounters disasters or other situations, the satellite is used to quickly complete the relay, avoiding communication interruptions between nodes. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this paper was verified through simulation experiments. In various situations, the emergency response coverage rate of the algorithm has reached over 95% while ensuring the load balancing.
