Research on the 5G MEC Co-construction and Sharing

This paper summarizes the required network extension of Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) docking transmission bearer scheme in the scenario of 5G network co-construction and sharing, and proposes to logically divide the integration of MEC system with different telecom operators into two levels: MEC edge network integration and MEC business system integration. Referring to the idea of MEC Federation, a new method of 5G MEC co-construction and sharing is proposed to support telecom operators implementing 5G network co-construction and sharing to share a MEC system and realize the sharing of edge computing resource.
