Research on Automatic Driving Simulation System based on PreScan and Self-developed Driving Simulator

With the rapid advancement of new energy vehicle technology, autonomous driving technology has once again taken center stage. Before autonomous driving assistance modules can be implemented in real cars, they must undergo extensive testing. This research paper focuses on creating a static scene at the entrance of a high-speed ramp using PreScan, a self-developed driving simulator, to meet the testing requirements. The scene includes the test vehicle, other vehicles, and sensors such as TIS and Camera. The vehicle dynamics model is imported and set, and a TSR identification system and communication system with the driving simulator are established using Simulink. This enables the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing of the simulation model and the physical behavior of the driving simulator. The system can be utilized in various test scenarios and supports customized development.
