Research on DC Motor Speed Control System Based on Double Closed-Loop Control

DC motors have the advantages of reversibility, large speed range, small static difference, good speed smoothness, small dynamic speed landing, and fast starting and braking, which are widely used in modern industry. However, with the continuous improvement of the requirements of DC motor speed control system, so more advanced DC motor speed control system needs to be further studied. This paper firstly explains the working principle of DC motor and derives the model equations; secondly, an improved DC speed control system with double closed-loop speed-current control is proposed, and its static and dynamic characteristics are analysed; finally, the main circuit model and control circuit model of the system are established based on the simulation platform, and the current and voltage of the armature, the speed of the motor, and electromagnetic torque are analysed, and good control results are achieved, and a good control effect was achieved.
