Research on the Speed Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Variable Bandwidth Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control

To solve the problem that the fixed bandwidth linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) cannot simultaneously meet the dynamic performance and noise suppression capability of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) speed loop, this article investigates the variable bandwidth linear active disturbance rejection controller (VB-LADRC) based on analyzing the influence of bandwidth of LADRC on the performance of system. A simple nonlinear function is used to realize the adaptive adjustment of the controller bandwidth under different operating conditions to coordinate the system immunity and noise immunity. A dual closed-loop vector control simulation model is established by MATLAB/Simulink for validation. The results show that compared with the traditional LADRC speed loop controller, the VB-LADRC speed loop controller can effectively adjust the size of LADRC bandwidth according to the changes in the motor operating conditions, which strengthens the immunity to disturbance and noise of LADRC speed controller, and thus reduces the fluctuation of PMSM speed and improves the dynamic performance of speed loop.
