A Study on Employee Competency Management System

This paper will help to identify and understand the key skills of employees, running skills gap analysis, sequencing planning, in addition such as skills analysis and profile creation. Competency management combines human resource scheduling and business development by allowing firms to assess their employees’ knowledge and abilities against the competencies necessary to achieve the organization’s vision and business objectives. Then, to fill vacancies, strategies and programs (e.g., recruiting, learning, career progression, succession management, etc.) are devised and implemented. Information management is critical for businesses that wish to assist their staff and achieve their goals. However, ensuring that the organization’s staff always have the necessary skills and competences when executing jobs can be difficult. A system that examines the organization’s present strengths and desires and then implements obligatory corrective actions. How to examine the gap might be a continuous activity in effective management.
