Study of the Temperature Influence on the Near Optical Field of a Laser Diode Bar

The paper is devoted to the experimental study of changes in the parameters of the near-field radiation of laser diode arrays depending on their temperature field. An experimental setup has been developed and tested that provides recording of the generated radiation intensities at different points in space and at different times relative to the front of the pump current pulse. Experimental results were obtained demonstrating the influence of temperature on changes in the parameters of the radiation field in space.
