In recent years, ecological conservation has been increasingly integrated with information collection techniques, based on In order to achieve a sustainable development strategy, this paper develops a mathematical model that integrates a map of the Maasai Mara habitat and a four-dimensional raster map using the example of the Maasai Mara Ecological Reserve in Africa, the integrated map was resampled twice by using the nearest-neighbor resampling method to extract usable data, and the Maasai Mara Reserve into three regions, developed nine indicators to measure the relationship between the policies implemented at different times and the conflicting interests of ecosystems and local populations, and finally determined the optimal management strategy using a nonlinear programming algorithm. This paper provides a relevant reference for political formulators to make specific strategic decisions in ecological conservation and has a certain value of generalization.
