Research on Key Electrical System of Maglev Train Based on Brake Adaptive Control Algorithm

Suspension control system is the key system of maglev train, and it is also one of the main characteristics of maglev train that is different from wheel-rail train. Its basic function is to ensure a smooth suspension of 8-10 mm between the car body and the rail by adjusting the excitation current of the electromagnetic coil. This project intends to conduct in-depth research on reliability design, anti-interference design, train-track coupling vibration, track step excitation and other problems existing in the current research of suspension control system. The composition, working principle and main process parameters of the main lines and control lines of the ground power supply system and the vehicle power supply system are simply analyzed. The power brake of maglev vehicle is studied and modeled. An adaptive controller based on mechanical brake is established. Through computer simulation, it is proved that the first order adaptive method is superior to the PI method, and the performance optimization of the braking system is realized.
