Intelligent Temperature Control Based on PID Algorithm in Heating Table

Accurate temperature control is crucial for heating tables. This paper introduces proportional-integral-derivative (PID) algorithm into the ESP12F-based heating table and optimizes it to achieve intelligent temperature control. The paper focuses on the hardware platform of PID implementation and the details of PID control. The experimental results show that using optimized PID algorithm can improve the temperature control performance of the heating table, with an average error of less than 3% when heating from room temperature to 255°C. Good soldering quality can be achieved by using the temperature adjusted by PID for reflow soldering.
