Efficient Remote Monitoring of SO2 Emission in Industrial Plants and Laboratories

The increase in Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) significantly impacts air quality and can cause severe health issues to human membranes. This study focuses on modeling SO2 monitoring and data control in industrial plants with potential SO2 emissions, utilizing digital gas sensors, HC-12 wireless communication systems for data transmission and reception. Additionally, data computation and analysis are performed using the Arduino Microcontroller. Data acquisition and monitoring are conducted on a PC connected to HC-12 through the Arduino microcontroller, where the data is processed and presented meaningfully. Efficient and remote monitoring is crucial in laboratories with potential SO2 emissions. The results indicate accurate measurements of SO2 as well as O2 levels.
