Secure Database for Employees’ Professional Competencies Testing

Information security tasks in modern conditions are technological development priority. An increase in data requires appropriate technologies introduction for its collection, processing and analysis. In paper, client-server application is presented, developed taking into account information security requirements. The application ensures hardware and software interaction between users, a remote database and a local client, provides access to information at work. Scientific novelty lies in user’s’ digital competencies levels key assessment principles and database structure development. These complex allows effective administration considering account information security.
