There is a requirement to design an appropriate decision system that can properly diagnose the diseases using the existing data. In the medical sector, association pattern mining is getting to be progressively well-known. Association Pattern Mining is a technique of computational intelligence. To discover the familiar elements that result in heart disease association pattern mining is applied. In this paper, the association rule is mined in a Cleveland dataset for minimum support, minimum confidence, and minimum lift thresholds for investigating the health factors. Examining the data accessible on sick and healthy people and the rules are being produced. This study identifies the findings after generating association rules from clinical information to diagnose heart disease. It is also observed that for both men and women, the possibility of heart disease increases while the chest pain is asymptomatic and exercise-induced angina is present. On the contrary, while the chest pain is more anginal and the exercise-induced angina is absent, the possibility of a person being healthy irrespective of his/her gender gets higher.
