Enhancing User Satisfaction with iLearning Education: An Application of the TAM Model

This study aims to analyze student satisfaction in using iLearning Education, a website facilitating distance learning programs at Raharja University. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. This study focuses on students’ intentions to use iLearning Education. We applied the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and used a structural equation modelling approach with SmartPLS 4.0 software to investigate the student adoption process. The developed model explains students’ intentions in utilizing iLearning Education. The results showed that iLearning Education significantly affects perceived usefulness and student satisfaction. This impacts students’ intentions to utilize iLearning Education as a more straightforward, faster, and efficient learning tool. Thus, this study shows that iLearning Education provides substantial benefits for students in distance learning at Raharja University. The conclusion from this study is that iLearning Education has a positive influence on students’ intentions to use it. In the era of distance learning, the use of iLearning Education can increase student usability and satisfaction and facilitate a more efficient learning process. Therefore, it is recommended that Raharja University continue to develop and improve iLearning Education as a learning platform that can meet student needs and support the distance learning process.
