Design of Pointing Mechanism Control System of Space Remote Sensing Camera

In order to meet the need of keeping lock during the launch process of two-dimensional pointing mechanism and quickly switching of pointing action, a two-dimensional pointing mechanism control system of space remote sensing camera based on antifuse FPGA is designed. During the system launch process, the control logic chip is powered off, and the locking function is achieved through the relay and power direct current converter, effectively reducing the risk of equipment use. The software designs the acceleration and deceleration frequency conversion curve to realize the control of the random step number of the stepper motor within a limited time. The experimental results show that the two-dimensional pointing mechanism control system can achieve the operation frequency of 2kHz through frequency conversion algorithm, and the system operates stably and reliably. The effectiveness of the control system design has been verified, meeting the design requirements of space remote sensing camera.
