Advanced Liver Tumor Detection: Cascaded Fully Convolutional Neural Networks for Enhanced Precision

Liver Tumour is one of the major causes of human death. Lack of early recognition results in major health problems and may even cause harm to life. Identification and medication of tumour at the earliest will reduce the risk of life. Tumor detection through manual methods is a time-consuming process. Automatic tumor detection will overcome this problem; even though there are many methods for this process, it still has some drawbacks like lack of early-stage detection and inaccuracy in the detection of larger cells. This paper highlights a deep-learning method for liver cancer identification and segmentation. This can be done by using Fully cascaded Convolutional Neural network (CNN) that will help to compensate for the above drawbacks. This method will increase the accuracy of the segmented image and reduce the time consumption.
