Design of SOME/IP Oriented Automatic Test System

With the advancement of intelligent and electrified express delivery of automobiles, traditional in-vehicle networks such as Controller Area Network (CAN) can no longer meet the bandwidth rate requirements of existing technologies, a new generation of in-vehicle networks and architectures is urgently needed. As a result, automotive Ethernet technology and service-oriented architectures have been introduced into the development of automotive software. The SOME/IP protocol is one of the application layer protocols for automotive Ethernet and is a middleware protocol for implementing service-oriented architectures (SOA). Perfect testing is the premise of the wide use of new technologies, this article will explain the SOME/IP communication mechanism, build a software and hardware test platform to realize the automated testing of SOME/IP.
