Joint Dynamic Scheduling of Mobile Emergency Resources in Distribution Network After Disaster Considering the Influence of Traffic Network

Addressing the challenge of enhancing the resilience of distribution networks in the aftermath of large-scale power outages and reduced traffic capacity following natural disasters, a novel approach has been developed. This approach integrates the power grid and transportation network, creating a joint dynamic scheduling method for the mobilization of emergency resources in distribution networks affected by transportation disruptions. Taking into account the dynamic scheduling and temporal output characteristics of mobile emergency resources such as mobile energy storage, electric vehicles, and diesel generators, A formulated model for cooperative recovery from multiple sources using mixed-integer second-order cone programming be established. This model facilitates the determination of an optimal and elastic recovery scheme for the distribution network. The proposed strategy's effectiveness is demonstrated through its application to an improved IEEE33-node distribution system example. The strategy optimally allocates electrical energy in both spatial and temporal dimensions, leveraging the collaborative capabilities of multiple energy sources. The outcomes underscore the strategy's proficiency in fortifying the resilience of the distribution network., ensuring an optimal distribution of energy and improving the power supply reliability for critical loads. This innovative approach not only addresses the challenges posed by disruptions but also maximizes the benefits of multi-source collaboration, ultimately bolstering the power supply guarantee capacity in crucial scenarios.
