University Personnel Management System Construction Using B/S Architecture

Management Information Systems (MIS) plays a significant role in university student management. The student MIS is a data processing approach employed by universities and colleges in the business processing of large-scale. However, the employment of the university's data-based management system guidance course does not meet the crucial requirement of the student utilization data. In this research, the University personnel Management system based on Browser/ Server (B/S) architecture is proposed for the university students. The B/S structure is a new kind of MIS that depends on the technology of the web. The user interface layer, business logic layer, and database layer are the three layers of the B/S structure. The MIS is beneficial for the personnel management to upgrade and modify the system. Every data is established on a relational database and is appropriate for easily adding, deleting, and inserting the data. The proposed B/S structure system achieves high information collection, accuracy, flexibility, and overall rating compared to other systems.
