Design and Use of Supply Chain Management Internal Control System Under Factor Cluster Analysis

In a fiercely competitive environment, internal control of the supply chain is the key to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. There is a significant gap between its current internal control system documents, supply chain management internal control system, and current business development. Not only does it not provide strong support for the current business, but there are also some contradictions in the documents, which make employees' work more confused and increase communication costs in vain, seriously affecting work efficiency. The aim is to strengthen the company's supply chain internal control system and implement standardized internal control management, in order to continuously optimize the company's internal control system and reorganize the current business processes. This article used factor clustering analysis to construct a supplier quality evaluation management system that meets the current development needs of enterprises, and constructed an internal control management system that meets the current development needs of enterprises. Factor analysis was used to reduce the dimensionality of supplier evaluation indicators, and then clustering calculation was used to evaluate and classify suppliers. This experiment extracted 4 key indicators from 20 evaluation indicators through factor clustering analysis, with a cumulative contribution of 0.919, indicating sufficient explanatory power.
